4 - 8 Elm Row - a grant of £12,575 for replacing a missing ornate cornice to the front of the building. The property is listed as category B, and part of a scheme designed by Playfair in 1821. The cornice was hacked off in the past and left with an ugly cement repair, but will now be replaced according to its original design.

5 - 7 Cambridge Street – a grant of £23,970 to replace missing railings and rebuild front walls at this category B listed, property dating to 1863. Luckily one original railing still survives, which will be used as template for the replacements
