The Old Town Festival 2008

The Old Town Festival, supported by Edinburgh World Heritage, will include a wide range of events for all ages – from storytelling performances, family activities, lectures, tours and talks, through to music, poetry, visual arts and book events – which celebrate the unique heritage, culture, community and stories of Edinburgh’s Old Town.

The programme organised by the Scottish Storytelling Centre, involves venues throughout the Old Town such as the National Library of Scotland, the National Museum of Scotland, Royal Mile Primary School, Scottish Book Trust, the Scottish Poetry Library, Storybikes and the Writer’s Museum.
