What's the value of heritage?

EWH is carrying out research into attitudes to cultural heritage.

Aug 12, 2011

Do you live or work in Edinburgh?

EWH is conducting a survey to try and measure the value that people place on World Heritage Status, and the benefits of the city's uinque built heritage. The results of the survey will inform a wider study of the economic impacts and benefits of the World Heritage Site..

This is the first time that this has, as far as we know, been applied to a city centre World Heritage Site, and so it is really important to get a broad sample, including responses from business and people who work in and around the World Heritage Site. We are hoping to gain around 1000 responses in total from business, residents, students and visitors to the city.

The survey is very straightforward and should take around five minutes. We have tailored the survey to different groups, so please click on which is most appropriate to you.

Thank you!
